Conditions of Use

General Information 

The services of the seller are based exclusively on these terms and conditions from Slamrecords.de. These conditions are accepted after submittal of an order or at the latest with receipt of delivery of the ordered goods or services. Opposing business and/or purchasing conditions of the buyer will only be accepted if they were agreed upon formally and in writing. Special agreements and additions of the contract are legally ineffective, as far as they were not confirmed in writing by the management of Slamrecords.de. 

Offers / Availability 

All offers are not-binding and noncommittal. Illustrations are noncommittal. Misprints are subject to occur. Improvements or changes of services are permissible, as far as they are reasonable for the buyer under consideration of the interests of Slamrecords.de. The majority of the offered used items are single copies and cannot be reordered. 

Orders / Prices 

The prices and fees are to be taken from Slamrecords' webshop. All prices are in Euro and incluse the value added tax (V.A.T.) . 

Differing arrangements, such as telephonic or oral arrangements are only legally binding when they are confirmed in writing /e-mail by us within 14 days. Orders are considered to be accepted with our written order conirmation (via e-mail within 14 days) or with the delivery at the latest. 

Resignation / Conversion 

A whole or partial resignation is possible, as long as the order was not yet processed. Slamrecords  does not take responsibility for resignation requests which were not received in time. With belated resignation the buyer is obligated to accept the goods. A subsequent resignation or conversion is up to amiability of Slamrecords. Conversions or returns may only be sent after authorization has been given by Slamrecords and will not be accepted if sent without sufficient postage. 

Delivery 

The delivery of all Slamrecords items usually occur from stock. The delivery occurs at expense and risk of the buyer. Slamrecords does not make any delivery commitments of any kind, in particular not regarding scope and period of delivery. Normally all goods will be sent immediately after the full pament within 2 to 5 days from our shop.Should the goods be returned to us by German Post (or any other company) we will ask  for another transfer of the postage. The customer will bear any costs of import duties.

We accept pament by card (VISA and Mastercard) and PayPal.

Conditions

We market both new and used items. The item's condition will be posted on our website. They should be in a good playable condition which meet usual requirements. All details to applicability, processing and usage of our products were made to the best of our knowledge, but that does not acquit the buyer of their own tests and trials. The buyer must investigate the goods, as far as reasonable, after receipt, by testprocessing it's condition and purpose of use. Otherwise the goods are counted as accepted. If we fail to emend the defects or cannot replace the devective article, you can of course withdraw from the contract completely within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery acceptance

When accepting parcels please pay attention that the package is not damaged. In case of damage or assumption of damage, please check in presence of the postman and have the damage confirmed with the postman's name.  Please enclose the item's original packing and the delivery note and/or acknowledgment opf receipt if you return goods.

Any sealed item will only be accepted back when the sealing will be still intact.

Passage Of The Risk 

The risk devolves to the buyer, as soon as the parcel was handed over to the person implementing transport. 

Terms Of Payment 

A payment is only considered as completed when the claim has been credited to the bank account of Slamrecords. Items delivered remain in our property until the full payment has been made.

Applicable Right 

For these trading conditions, as well as the entire legal relations between Slamrecords and the buyer the right of the Federal Republic of Germany applies as compellingly agreed upon. Area of jurisdiction is Hamburg. Should a regulation in these AGB (General terms and conditions) be ineffective, then the effectiveness of all other regulations or agreements is not affected.
